Yes they do.  I can answer that without a MythBusters segment.  They may hide it pretty good, but everone farts.  Even Peter Griffin (although apparently he was a late bloomer?).

Maybe I should watch the video anyway, though :P

Yeah that was part of the Pirate special :) They released it as an added bonus on the website. Quite awesome.
