Nothing too serious, but I've been getting this odd problem when rebooting my new computer. Once it gets to rebooting (sometimes) it'll totally shutdown for a second (it does that if it thinks the cmos settings have changed significantly), and turn back on, (here its supposed to boot normally...), and then turns back off, and so on till I turn off the psu switch and leave it off till the PSUs caps have dissipated (it has some large ones to provide some power after power off, mainly to run its fan for a while, but the board will briefly turn back on after the PSU switch is flipped, depending on if there was any charge in the psu..)

Its not a huge problem, but for a new board (Asus P5K-SE), its quite annoying. Occasionally it would also boot up with an error along the lines of "Overclock failed, please enter bios, or use defaults and boot", now, that went away when I turned off the Asus AI O.C. sutff...

Any ideas?
