House rules for rock paper scissors is awesome. Even better when you've got a ton of players eliminating one another.

I can't help but be reminded of the first episode of Gambling Apocalypse Kaiji. In the first episode the titular hero is fooled into joining a gambling cruise to get out of debt. The game they play is restricted paper rock scissors. Each player only gets so many cards to use for paper, rock, and scissors. That means the more you win the more limited your options and the more likely someone can guess what you'll play. Tricky!
