Google Video going bye-bye?

^ is that warning message telling us that Youtube will now be the only place that the Google Megacorp will be hosting videos? What about the 10 minute limit? (countless full-length documentaries have been on Google Video forever, would hate to see them disappear for the public often "needs to know" what is in a lot of them!)

2009 is quite a while ago. So since then did Youtube increase its time limits to certain users? Cuz I've noticed quite a few 15 minute, or even 30+ minute, videos on Youtube lately.
