I'm hoping to print out a sofa like the article suggests. I just hope it's bigger than A4 sized.

And what if you get the equivalent of a paper jam?

Whats that - half a sofa, that you have to throw away?

PC LOAD LETTER, WTF does that mean??

When you pull out the baseball bat in the open field, VOILA! The printer prints out its own bat ... AND SWINGS AT YOU FIRST!

Down at ENTS we have one space owned RepRap, and a couple members have their own. They are quite neat.

That's pretty cool.

I was reading about another new project coming up that may change the shape and heat dissipation qualities of high density memory, if I can find the link I'll share.

3D printing is changing everything when it comes to manufacturing goods.

The backers of the Wiki Weapons Project want to create a free, opensource digital file for printing a working handgun at home. But can they do so legally?

...
You have an Anarchist?s Cookbook kind of question. Just information is generally pretty hard to make illegal. It?s just information. So the fact that you can now get this file and it can tell you how to produce a gun is very similar to a recipe online that tells you how to build a bomb or something like that. Just because a Web site tells you how to do something like that doesn?t make the Web site illegal.

At least not yet.

Yes, yes you can in most States, you just aren't allowed to sell them without a permit.

Then again you could mill your own parts at home anyway, same rules apply.
