Floating islands are weird

Gravity only impacts: lava, water, sand and gravel blocks... Basically all other blocks can float, items monsters and players however do fall.

Here are some shots of the village

So two interesting spots tonight.

The one 22.31.03 is in the Tundra NE of the Cabin.

The 22.43.03 is in the caverns at said location of above.  What is interesting here is this worked cobblestone directing the water.  I may have put the torch in this area, and all over the caverns but no one had been there before and that wasn't me that put the worked cobblestone in.  I searched but could not find a mine off the caverns, but man they are numerous in that area.

Looks like someone has been breading or capturing cows at the spire...

Oooo look I have a tame wolf.... now if I could only find another....

Mr. Analog

There are a couple possibilities for the worked cobble:

1. Part of the subway tunnel

2. Might be part of a Stronghold or Dungeon

As for the spire and the ranch, I'm reasonably sure now that that is Spectre's place. One of the first things he setup on the old server was a ranch and the design of the spire is similar in design to my tower on the old server. We were neighbors on the old server.

Still want more wolves, but I think I will go tame a cat while I am at it.

I tamed an Ocelot into a cat, but couldn't get it to follow me all the way back to the beach without loosing it... I think it is lost in the forest somewhere near the nether portal fort.

I also built a tree-fort on top of the trees in the jungle as well as a smaller one on the ground while I was exploring.

I think your cat will spawn back to you if you've lost it (fountain o' cats!)

You should get some pix of your tree fort!

Nope, the cat warps after you to catch up to a degree but if its chunk unloads it halts there so It won't re-spawn till I am close to it.

Ya I was going to take some picks but I was too busy building it... Also it is hard to photo graph without standing on another tree, so I was building a deck a and some bridges between the trees.

I built a house :o The cool thing is that light seems to glow through the roof. So at night the roof looks like it glows a little, and during the day, the daylight seeps through inside. It's cool.
