That looks damn good!

Changed my street lights at the suburb of Southern Junction.  These babies provide full coverage for the entire road.  If I move them up higher, then I have to put them closer together to still get the light level coverage to stop monsters from spawning.

edit: I also widened the road by one block, making it five blocks wide now.  At some point I'm going to have to put lights back outside the road, there's lots of places for creepers to spawn on my now.

Oh, and I tried putting buttons down for dashed lines, but they won't place on the top of blocks, only on the sides.

My only problem with those street lights is they're kinda close together and kinda low to the ground, but that's necessary to keep mobs from spawning.  Oh, and there's no curved neck like I used to have.  I might download What's My Light Level to get exact numeric light levels, to see if I can move them up higher or move them apart.

I used some nether brick fence and regular fence and a piece of cobblestone fence to make a railway crossing arm (in the up position, of course).  What do you think?  It looks better in Sphax, but then most things do.
