It's a Woodland Mansion.  I have entered it and partially cleared it, but eventually had to flee.  I had intended to go back and finish the job at some point.

Probably not for most people.  I'm terrible at combat.

The player location issue appears to be a recent bug in overviewer. I got some confirmation over in the overviewer discord.

Homes limit is actually set to 100 now.

Will look into the player locations issue, I think it depends on an external service to grab the player skins.

I haven't been able to see player's locations on the map since at least last night.

p.s.  Could the number of homes we can set be increased?  I'm already up to 9.
