I think #1 (http://technology.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/tech_and_web/article3375806.ece)* and #7 are pretty sweet, especially since at the present moment it seems a "full" QWERTY keyboard is only possibly thru a Blackberry contract.
*#1 = Sony Ericsson Xperia X1, product homepage here (http://www.sonyericsson.com/x1/default.aspx?cc=gb&lc=en), Wikipedia here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sony_Ericsson_XPERIA_X1), technical details here (http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/products/mobilephones/overview/x1?lc=en&cc=gb).

1 is a HTC built device for Sony, there is very little difference from its slide out keyboard and the one on my older HTC phone. 7 also appears to be an HTC form factor that has existed for some time.
If you want to have a better idea of what already exists and is coming checkout http://www.pdadb.net/ and http://www.smartphonedb.net/
The Sony one I have been keeping an eye on as it does have some nice specs.
