I think #1* and #7 are pretty sweet, especially since at the present moment it seems a "full" QWERTY keyboard is only possibly thru a Blackberry contract.

1 is a HTC built device for Sony, there is very little difference from its slide out keyboard and the one on my older HTC phone. 7 also appears to be an HTC form factor that has existed for some time.

The Sony one I have been keeping an eye on as it does have some nice specs.
