tired of ordering your eggs "scrambled"?

because it's a safer bet that the greasy spoon will produce what you want?

That's what I've been doing, but I think from now I'm ordering "over-well" ... because lately when I order "over-medium" it's much closer to "over-easy" than I like (my ideal preference is a yolk that is unbroken and slightly firm and barely runny, but I hate when the whites are also runny, therefore I find "over-MEDIUM" = a saferbet) (but all of that unpredictability depending on the place you are ordering etc. is why I often just wimp out and say scrambled) (although asking for "basted" sometimes works out great, usually it's like halfway between over-medium and over-well!)

So how do you like your eggs?

Always always like my eggs hard. Yet to go to a restaurant that makes hard eggs. Always a goopy mess despite hard eggs being the easiest thing in the world to make.

Over easy is my style, otherwise soft boiled (with toast for dipping)

I just love over easy, especially with a bit of bacon and those little potatoes and some onions

.... dang I wish I had some eggs at home lol

Over hard, on soft white bread with some mayo or miracle whip and some sliced cheese.

I used to hate runny eggs, but over the years I've learned to just eat whatever ends up in front of me.
