TELUS phone with removable battery AND sim card

After doing some poking around it sounded like the Note 4 would be the ideal phone for me but -of course- Telus doesn't carry it anymore and buying from Amazon looks extremely dodgy (at least the listings I saw your likelihood of getting the correct model was random)

I know some LG phones have removable batteries, I'm a little hesitant as I've read mixed reviews for their newer G series phones

Any suggestions?

Is the removal battery a must?  Have you ever switched out batteries in your old phones?  Personally, I have, but I have a very old phone now.  Meanwhile the kids all upgrade their phones faster than their batteries wear down so for them it doesn't matter.

It is for me (also yes, on both my ancient Motorola and my HTC Touch Pro) I suspect the battery on my Galaxy Note II needs replacing soon, I get about a 24 hours worth of charge on low to no activity.

Ironically enough it's easier to find a battery replacement than a replacement stylus

Actually thinking about both now maybe I'll just fix the problems I have with my current phone (also maybe time for a reset)

New stylus, case, battery and charging cables...

THANKS AMAZON

Don't know why I didn't think of this before, only cost me $60 (total + extra cables)

Prime Bros FTW

I kinda forget that some things have shipping when I don't buy them on Amazon

It's a problem!

Ironic this thread comes up, my Samsung Galaxy S3 is still humming along just fine BUT the battery is clearly on its last legs. Considering buying a new battery at Telus Store but only now realize can probably save money buying elsewhere... Haven't even price-checked at all yet #lazyme

Amazon Prime is a SUPER secret club we belong to whereby Amazon takes our money and... we spend more money buying things from Amazon!

IT'S SO SIMPLE

Though to be fair I have also been spending money directly at Shout Factory recently

My wife recently signed up for prime and that is when I found out Amazon.ca doesn't have the Amazon family / home option.

Yup, lots of free stuff if you use it.  Although not actually free, it is still $79 a year.  If you only get a couple things shipped a year, it's not worth it; if you buy lots of new-release games and watch Prime TV and get lots of things shipped, it's worth it.

Is that not what you're talking about?

Specifically it is the US household https://www.amazon.com/myh/households option I am talking about (was going off memory when I posted before) this is the option that allows a spouse/second adult to have most of the prime functions shared.

The family link is mostly just discounts on diapers, no shipping or other discounts shared with a spouse/second adult.
