So I picked this up today on Steam because I have no self control. This game is hella fun to play, basically it switches game genre seamlessly while you are playing it. You could start off with a side scrolling shoot 'em up and then it morphs into 3D combat then you're free-camera on the ground doing sick combos and tearing ass then the camera goes overhead and you're crowd-controlling minions... then you fight gigantic bosses through multiple stages.

It's so many great game styles in one and it all just seamlessly flows ... lots of fun.

It has an role playing element which I haven't gotten into yet, standard JRPG stuff from the look of things so whatever, this game is all about the gameplay and customization.

Made by PlatinumGames (Bayonetta, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, Transformers: Devastation, etc) the game has a pretty deep battle system that rewards you for chaining combos and evades by boosting damage and giving you some really cool looking attacks, it's very fluid (like Bayonetta) and satisfying.

Anyway worth checkin' out if you're looking for a non-Zelda: Breath of the Wild game to play for a bit :)

I've seen some reviews.  Looks like a lot of fun.  I just have to finish off some others before adding another... Horizon Zero Dawn is a very well made game BTW, but only on PS4, and I think I'm the only one with one atm.

Been watching TFS play it. I was tempted enough to look at the price for it on steam. $80. :(
<Zapata Prime> I smell Stanley... And he smells good!!!

Speak of the devil! Bayonetta was released to PC today. I had no idea it was coming :)

Beyond the overtly sexy character there's a really solid game there, if you want to feel like a boss pulling off tons of awesome moves this is the game for you

Bayonetta plays great on PC and looks really nice in 4K (didn't notice all the colour before). Also I'm not sure if it's because of my experience with it on Wii U or whatever but the game seems so much easier this time around.
