 I read a bunch of their submitted suit, and its pretty detailed. lots of speculation, really not a lot of substance as far as evidence goes.

Is this really a bad thing though?  As a programmer it doesnt matter what i code for as x86 is an open standard.

As a consumer i'd love to buy an Opteron Server or an X2 workstation from Dell.
