 Know a few of you are playing this game so thought I would pass it on:

                Universal Adapts "God of War"


Universal has secured the movie rights to vidgame "God of War," created by Sony Computer Entertainment. Charles Roven and Alex Gartner will produce the feature adaptation reports Variety.

Set in ancient Greece, vidgame follows the battles of the warrior Kratos, who tackles mythological beasts including Medusa, Cyclops and the Hydra. Players navigate Kratos on his quest to find Pandora's Box and destroy Ares, the god of war.

The game was released in March. A scribe or helmer has not yet been attached to the project.

..thats some high quality!  Im not holding my breath until i see what Doom does.  (though i still think Halo will be the first real videogame/movie success)

 Tomb Raider was a good rendition from VG to BS.  And I liked Mortal Kombat personally.

But then again you get Super Mario Brothers in there too.  Toss up I'd say.

 Mortal Kombat wasn't that bad considering the source, but really has there been and GOOD ones ever made?
