Okay, so we get what we wanted after all.  A disc golf usergroup (thus a board for it).



However, it says that its open, yet i still need to "apply" as in right now its "pending" my acceptance.  is this working as intended?

Yes, currently the moderator for that group would need to accept your application before you can view that fourm.

Actually, Mr. Analog can add you without you requesting it if he just wants to add peeps.  And when you do asks to join, and your pending, the Group Moderator does get an email from the forums saying that so-and-so has requested to join the group.
