This is sounding like it might do what we all wanted out of MOO III; MOO II with some upgrades and fancy new features.  Not the pile-o-crap MOO III turned out to be!

This is a high anticipation game for me.  I loved the first one, but the second one adds sooooooo much more depth and micro management.  Could be stellar, but its got a very slow development
