We've been talking a lot about Smurfs lately at work, especially De Smurffuhrer, possibly the most hilarious of all of the Smurf books! I always knew there was something wrong with Brainy Smurf and now I know why...

That translates to "Learn how to handle safely", but "Veilig Handelen" is a colloquialism that translates more to "keep from getting ripped off".  So basically, it's a link to an article explaining how not to get ripped off and how to protect your identity while using eBay.
