That link is everywhere, but regardless its pretty neat.  Ive played with a type of software it might be using to do the physics (found the link on Fark like 2 years ago)

The hardware used to capture the movements of the marker is called the "Mimio Whiteboard Capture System". "Its a Microfield Softboard, I used to use one at an old job. Very expensive they came with their own software and were pretty easy to use. The "bug" reported at 2:45 by cipsiak isn't a bug. He simply didn't take his pen off the board, each line must be drawn on it own or the software will intuitively assume that you wanted that shape drawn."
