That link is everywhere, but regardless its pretty neat.  Ive played with a type of software it might be using to do the physics (found the link on Fark like 2 years ago)

"the program used in conjunction with Working Model 2D is called the "ASSIST sketch understanding system" created by MIT professor Randall Davis. The hardware used to capture the movements of the marker is called the "Mimio Whiteboard Capture System". Do a google search for ASSIST Sketch Understanding System and you'll have all the info you need."

"The software is called Interactive Physics. I used to use it in middle school."

"Its a Microfield Softboard, I used to use one at an old job. Very expensive they came with their own software and were pretty easy to use. The "bug" reported at 2:45 by cipsiak isn't a bug. He simply didn't take his pen off the board, each line must be drawn on it own or the software will intuitively assume that you wanted that shape drawn."

"These smartboards are about 25'000 dollars I think. We had three of them in my old Highschool."

Or, to sum it all up...
