It's a Levy, and interestingly enough we don't pay it on DVD +/- R/RW because copying DVDs "is impossible" thanks to CSS ;)

So, when you're backing up your DivX collection to DVD/R know that schmoes buying blank VHS cassettes are carrying the "weight"!

That and the "Audio" branded CDRs :)
