It so reminds me of the old dungeon keeper days, but with a different twist.  The comedy is great, the premise: Your Evil, act like it.

Example Scenario:
So you want into that city, well you have to save some peasents first before they will let you in.  Well you kill off those evil halflings holding said peasents, but because they wine so much, you decide just to kill the peasents as well.  Then you head back to town, everyone seems happy that you saved their missing people, but would like to know where they are?  So you decide to kill anyone who asks as well.

As I said, the humour is outstanding, and the freedom is pretty relaxed in the game.  You can be an Evil guy whom does good deeds to further his plans, or just be down right Anarchistic and kill everything (I'm trying it like this).
