Well, I wouldn't do this sorta thing because:
a) If I used someone else's picture I would be in violation of policy
b) I could use free stock photos, but shudder, c'mon, most of them I want to keep clothed!
c) I can draw cartoon tits passably well enough already (because in essence that's what this guy is doing)

There is more porn topless photos on the net than ones with thin tops I suspect. It is much less time consuming to find the uncovered ones.
