Oh man, having been home these last few days I've seen a lot more TV (especially early morning TV) than I'm used to and I've seen so many crap commercials that this list just made me laugh out loud...

To cap it off I was watching TV this morning and they still have ads for the Q-Ray bracelet on! Oh, they've had to reword the ad to get around all the outright quackery and replace it with comedy gold like; "I don't know what it is, but I like it".

Oh well, back to cartoons...

Every time I see a Q ray add I just want to toss something at the TV.

It is a worthless segment of steel cable with some end caps on it.

I found that Mountain Dew ad campaign via IMDB -- there is, sadly, a thread category just for

not a specific movie title

not a specific TV show title

not even a specific video game title

NOPE

it's for discussion of TV Commercials. (main , "my most hated")

Wow. Some of these (in particular the pasta pot) commercials are still doing the rounds. Terrible, terrible products.

Also: is it just me or does the lady in the Tiddy Bear commercial at about 0:26 onwards look like she's got a wicked shiner covered up by makeup? Maybe she didn't read the instructions to the Ike Berger's Five Minute Power Shaper carefully enough. Snapback!
