Just found this KB Article to be a bit disturbing.  Like a help desk that always asks "Have you rebooted? Reboot and call me back if you still have the problem".

People keep comparing Vista and ME... And they hope to replace Vista again in a couple years (2010 seems to be the date people are looking at, so long as the next version doesn't slip as many dates as Vista/Foghorn/Leghorn/*coughimean*/Longhorn). Fancy that!
