Blew it out sliding into 3rd base last night.  I'm currently in something that looks like a blue foaming strait jacket.

Lazy, you can still borrow the machine, but you're going to have to get it somehow from me.  At least you get the LCD now.

Earliest I can see the shoulder guy is August 12th, so looks like I'm out until then.  Can't take my arm out of this thing until the either.

So met with the Surgeon today.  Guess what?  They want to do surgery

We'll see what that turns into, but probably nothing until the new year.

For now, its back to Physio for this old chap.  Time for the masochistic treatment... I swear they get joy out of your pain .
