Well, I don't know about you but if I work any less than 37.5 hours a week my brain gets fuzzy and I stop thinking...

The only thing I would like is more vacation (like the five weeks they get in France or Germany or something, and I'd like close, transit linked holiday spots like the South of France or the German Alps... NOES I'M TURNING EUROPA-PEAN!).

37.5h weeks work well for me, however it would be nice to have alternating Fridays off or something. Getting more long weekends in, particularly in summer would be nice.

...or not working overtime to meet nonsensical project roll out dates that don't happen...
