Wing Commander Saga - The Darkest Dawn

So there is another one on the market... after the bad - so bad - xbox one.  Looks like this one goes back to roots and really makes good use of a flight stick for the PC (a what?  Seriously, when was the last time you used yours if you still have one?).  The Wing Commander 3 days were great times, and good story.  The movie was horrible but the PC game was so well done.  Spent many hours on it.  This new one has taken 10 years to make and utilizes the good old Freespace 2 engine, and its FREE!!!!

Anyway, it's cool to hear that space battle flight sims aren't completely dead, even if they are fan made.

TIE Fighter and X-Wing were so much fun ... I'd love to see a new version of those babies...
