Overall the look of the film is pretty damn dark, heck at certain moments freakin' depressing. Which is good, all of that raises the stakes, builds up the tension, etc.



* and he's not alone... based on the commentary that follows the video I linked to. But I'm not a Marvel comics geek so I don't know what's likely gonna happen with everything (and I don't want to know; I really enjoyed the Avengers AND GotG because I went into both COLD, when it comes to the characters' canon history).

That Youtube video started up and it said itw as 11:51 long.  HOORAY!  THIS SHOULD BE AWESOME.  After less than two minutes, a guy starts talking over-top of stills from the trailer

Yeah that lengthy video first shows the entire trailer, and then it's just Charlie rambling on with speculation and fanboy excitement. Like he does in his videos after every single Doctor Who episode, short, or even teaser. Kinda fun sometimes, annoying other times -- but there's something about his sincerity, his eagerness, that makes him far more watchable than a lot of youtubers. But personally I've just watched a handful of DW videos. ( I have a life )
