Apparently they really are going for it!

I'd love to see more freedom in the maps, like multiple ways of getting around things and just FREEDOM to run around the beautiful city. I'd also like to see ways of getting out of sticky situations WITHOUT resorting to combat.

Yeah saw that on IGN yesterday.  I'm excited too!

The main thing is that they stick to the bright/stark look but change the formula to actually allow for free running
