True, you can be kept awake worrying about not being able to sleep (been there, done that), that's why if you have the gut reaction to look at your clock when you know you've been awoken at an abnormal time IGNORE IT.

However, much like GI Joe, knowing about your symptoms is half the battle the other half is killing guys... or rather, facing the problems head on and learning to cope with them.
