Augh, I honestly wish they had re-worked the boss fights in Human Revolution, that was on the only deal breaker, everything else was fun.

Not much actually, I've not seen a lot of hard details arise, which is frustrating.

in the meantime, there's always Deus Ex: Nihilum. A mod 10 years in the making; enhanced graphics, new levels/missions -- just released a few weeks ago, more info @ ModDB , 31 minutes of gameplay here.
